Is Enterprise the same as Studio?

No. Studio is our standard team package on CaptionPass SaaS ($199/mo, up to 10 seats). Enterprise is a sales-led partnership for custom scope — professional services, bespoke engineering, volume licensing, or a dedicated deployment.

Do you host a dedicated environment for Enterprise?

Yes, when your requirements call for it. Many Enterprise engagements start on SaaS with bespoke org entitlements; others deploy an isolated CaptionPass stack in a customer-controlled environment.

Can you integrate with our MAM or LMS?

Yes — custom engineering engagements cover API orchestration, webhooks, and connectors aligned to your toolchain. Share your integration targets in your consultation email.

We are a university — should we contact Enterprise or Educators?

Classroom pilots and course-level access: educational@captionpass.com (Educators program). Platform-scale LMS embedding, SSO, or org-wide licensing: enterprise@captionpass.com.

What contract terms apply to Enterprise work?

Standard SaaS Terms on /terms cover self-serve and Studio on captionpass.com. Professional services and dedicated deployments use separate SOW/MSA terms scoped to your engagement.
