CaptionPass is provided as-is, without warranty. The free tier is rate-limited and intended for individual use. Automated abuse, redistribution of the service, or attempts to bypass the daily cap may result in your IP being blocked.

You retain all rights to the subtitle content you upload. We make no claim of ownership and do not store your files after a request completes.

These terms are a placeholder while the product is in early access. They will be replaced with a more thorough document before any paid tier launches.
