Automate (Free+) — sign in, create an API key, call POST /api/v1/process; import OpenAPI or Postman from the API page.
Pro workspace — workbench, handoff zips, CPES, webhooks: handbook + CPES reference.
Evaluate purchase — entitlements matrix and procurement FAQ.

What is CaptionPass?

Free tier — public converter
No account: homepage tool, POST /api/process, daily limits, presets, error recovery, and how this differs from the v1 API.
Pricing & entitlements
Canonical Free, Free+, and Pro matrix — scenarios, workspace enforcement, feature status, and FAQ.
HTTP API (v1)
Bearer authentication, POST /api/v1/process, multipart upload, response and error schemas, presets, limits, and examples (curl, HTTPie, Node, Python). Integrator-facing; dashboard export packs are not part of this API.
Custom export scripts (CPES)
Pro workspace: client-specific export scripts, custom handoff zip profiles, and worked examples from mezzanine timeline to delivery files.
Workspace handbook (signed in)
In-app Help: tier map, sample tour, workbench, handoff, CPES, API keys, and troubleshooting. Requires Google sign-in; not indexed for SEO.
